I’m currently teaching the first of our online course offerings through The Renaissance Academy. Writer’s Collaborative Workshop is very popular and was the first writing class we launched. A second session is already planned, to begin the end of May. I’m also working on adapting a few of my craft classes, including the Become a Better Writer/Writing Craft series for the online format. With A Writer’s Eye via Zoom
How does “reading” with a writers eye improve our writing skill? In this discussion-based class we read selections and deconstruct to learn how authors engage readers and use various writing elements. We’ll also discuss story and what we can learn from audiobooks and TV/film.
